Pricing

There is no initial joining fee until we connect you with a family or babysitter/nanny.

Families are charged a once-off fee of $60 before the commencement of the first shift.  After a year in order stay with MY NANNY Group, families are charged an annual subscription of $30. This is subject to the families willingness to stay on the platform after a year.

Nannies/sitters are charged an annual subscription of $20 to remain in our platform.

​

Nannies/sitters set their own hourly rate based on their respective experience, skills, and qualifications, and will discuss this directly with the family once introduced.

Once the fee is paid to MyNanny, you’ll be set up in our system. Families will have access to our pool of nannies/sitters for posting job opportunities, while nannies/sitters can apply for jobs as they become available.

We know that sometimes things come up unexpectedly, and you might need a babysitter outside our regular office hours. If you have an urgent request, like needing a sitter at 8 am and it’s already 9 pm the night before, we can still help.

To cover the extra effort of handling these last-minute, out-of-hours requests, there’s a $10 fee for advertising the job. This helps us get your request out to our sitters quickly, even after hours, so you have a better chance of finding someone in time.
