MyNanny is a nannying and babysitting service connecting families with carers. We provide flexible childcare solutions, whether for one-off babysitting or long-term nannying.
Q: Why do families trust us?
We ensure that the nannies/babysitters have a Police Check, Working with Children’s Check, First Aid, and CPR certifications. We also offer a 10% discount on First Aid Training to promote the importance of First Aid on the job.

Q: What happens after I’ve been onboarded?
Once onboarded, we’ll offer you jobs matching your experience and location preferences. You can choose to be set up for either babysitting (one-off) or nannying (long-term) roles, or both.
Q: Can I update my job preferences after onboarding?
Yes, you can change your preferences at any time by contacting us, and we’ll update your profile accordingly.
Q: What should I do if my availability changes?
Email us at enquiries@mynannygroup.com, and we’ll update your profile to reflect your new availability.
Q: What are our subscription fees?
We have two types of subscription fee. The first one is for families who after 12 months (a year) are charged an annual subscription of $30 if they are willing to stay with MY NANNY Group.
The second subscription fee is for babysitters/nannies who are charged an annual subscription of $20 to remain in our platform.
Q: Why do we charge the subscription fees?
The fees help us cover our maintenance costs as well as help us improve our service to families and nannies/babysitters.
Q: How are babysitting and nannying jobs categorised?
Babysitting jobs are one-off or ad hoc, while nannying jobs involve long-term or weekly commitments with a specific family.
Q: What if a family/sitter isn’t the right fit for me?
If you feel a family or your sitter isn’t the right fit, contact us, and we’ll help find another opportunity that better suits your needs.
Q: Is there a registration fee?
Yes, there is a one-time registration fee of $60 for the families, which ensures you registered in our system and we provide you with the best quality nannies.
Q: When do I need to pay the registration fee?
The fee is due before the first shift. We will send you an invoice for payment.
Q: What qualifications do I need?
You need a Police Check, Working with Children’s Check, First Aid, and CPR certifications.
Q: How will I be reminded about expiring qualifications?
We’ll send a reminder email one month before your certifications expire to ensure they stay up to date.
